The first Drupal Johannesburg meetup was held on Saturday, and was a roaring success. Kindly hosted by Obsidian Systems, the meetup was well attended by 18 passionate drupalers, including Adrian Rossouw.
The purpose of the event was to work on plans and goals for future Drupal Johannesburg meetups, to network and to socialise. The most important goals decided upon were: contributing back to Drupal, meeting and sharing work with other drupal developers, increasing the knowledge and skill of all those interested in Drupal in Johannesburg (and South Africa).
